Steps to make biryani :-

 How to make Restaurant Style Veg Biryani | To make biryani, put oil in the cooker. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. After the cumin seeds crackle, add bay leaf, garlic and ginger paste and roast it for 1,2 seconds so that its rawness comes out.

Then put onions in it and fry it lightly. So that it becomes light golden brown. Then add salt, turmeric powder, ching schezwan fried rice masala and mix it well.

Then add vegetables as per your choice. So first of all we will put finely chopped tomato, capsicum, carrot, cauliflower, potato, green peas and mix everything well. So that whatever is the spice mix well in the vegetable.

Then close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on low medium flame for 5 minutes. So that the vegetable becomes soft well. After 5 minutes open the lid and mix it well.

 Then put basmati rice in it and mix well. Then put water in it. The bowl from which you have measured Chawla, you have to measure and pour water from the same bowl and cook till 2 whistles come. After coming to the city, you should check.
