Aloo tikki burger recipe in hindi :-
• To make aloo Tikki burger, boil two potatoes, one carrot and 1/2 cup peas.
• After boiling, mash the potatoes, carrots and peas.
•Then put 100 grams of paneer in it and mix it well.
•Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, finely chopped green chilli, and finely chopped 1/2 cup onion. Add finely chopped green coriander and 1/4 cup bread crumbs and mix well.
• After mixing, take a little mixture in your hands and try making patties.
• If the patty is not forming correctly, put some bread crumbs and mix it well.
• Apply oil to your hands and make patties after mixing a little.
• After making the patties, prepare the batter. To coat the patties.
• To prepare the batter, put 2 tsp all-purpose flour, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/4 black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 water in a bowl and prepare a thick batter.
