Samosa Filling Method | To make samosa filling, you must boil potatoes. Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it crisp; when it becomes crunchy, add curry leaves and green chili, ginger, and garlic paste and fry for 1 second.
Then add mashed potatoes, mix well and then add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp amchur powder, salt, mix and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add green coriander, mix well and cook for three more minutes.
