How to make Chicken Fried Rice:-
To make Chicken Fried Rice, take 2 liters of water in a large vessel, add boiled basmati rice, and cook 90% of it. After cooking:
- Filter the basmati rice and cool it.
- Cut the chicken into pieces.
- Put oil in the pan.
- When the oil becomes hot, place the chicken in it and fry it on low, medium heat.
- When the chicken is roasted, take it out on a plate.
Put some more oil in the same pan. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic and ginger and saute it for 1 second. Then add chopped onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and green onion and toss it for a second. After that, add the chicken, soy sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, and black pepper. Next, toss it for one second. Then add basmati rice and salt and mix it well.

Important Tips:-
• Cook basmati rice by 90% only. If you cook more rice, then the chicken fried rice that is there will not become blooming.
