How to make Girmit Masala:-

• To make Girmit Masala, put two spoons of oil in the pan. As soon as the oil becomes hot, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, cumin seeds, 10 to 12 curry leaves, two finely chopped green chilies, and one chopped onion, and fry on low, medium heat until golden brown.

• As soon as the color of the onion changes slightly, add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp red chili powder and saute it for 1/2 minute.

• After 1/2 minute, add 1/4 cup tamarind juice, one teaspoon jaggery, and 3/4 teaspoon salt and mix it and cook for 2 minutes till it becomes a thick paste.

• After 2 minutes, turn off the gas when the paste becomes thick.

•Girmit Masala is ready.

Method to make Girmit Recipe:-

• To make Girmit, put 3 cups of puffed rice in a bowl.

•Then add girmit masala, one finely chopped onion, one finely chopped tomato, two teaspoons roasted chana dal powder, and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it and put fine sev from the top and serve immediately.

  • • When the oil is hot, then add peanuts, finely chopped dry coconut, garlic and red chili and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  • • When it cools down, grind it in a mixer.
  • • After grinding, add salt and Kashmiri red chili powder.
  • • Then grind it one more time.
  • • Sukhi chutney is ready.

Method to make Tamarind Chutney :-

  • • To make tamarind chutney, take 50 grams of tamarind.
  • • Then take out its seeds.
  • • Put 2 glasses of water in the pan, when the water becomes hot, then put tamarind in it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • • So that the tamarind which is there is well thickened.
  • • When the tamarind becomes thick, then cool it and grind it in a mixer.
  • • Sieve after grinding.
  • • Put 1 tsp oil in the pan.
  • • When the oil becomes hot, then add cumin and hing and mix it.
  • • Then put tamarind pulp in it and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • • So that the tamarind pulp becomes thick.
  • • Then put jaggery in it and melt it well.
  • • After melting the jaggery, add salt, black salt, fennel powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, 1 tsp sugar and a layer of chili and mix it.
  • • Then firm it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • • Tamarind chutney is ready.
  • To serve Vada Pav, take 2 Pav and cut it from the middle, then apply chutney and add Vada.
